Al Barakah Tower, situated on Jubail Road in Dammam, stands as a remarkable architectural addition to the area. Maad Real Estate Development selected NAIZAK Factory for Industry (NSFCO) to execute the glass façade works that give the tower its modern and luxurious appearance. NAIZAK’s mission involved installing frameless tempered-glass façades (Frameless System) and pivot tempered-glass doors over an area exceeding 550 square meters. This type of work requires specialized expertise to ensure the safe, precise installation of glass without visible frames—enhancing the aesthetic quality of the façade and providing a sense of openness and transparency. Using tempered (toughened) glass ensures maximum safety and durability, while the frameless system delivers a clean, contemporary architectural look.
